Senior Mixologist

Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Senior Mixologist devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

As a Senior Mixologist at Fairmont Windsor Park, you will assist the Food and Beverage manager to ensure a smooth and effective running of the Food & Beverage Bar operations. As the operational leader, you are the strategic service expert, assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park standards of operations and manage and develop yourself and your team. Your responsibility is to support the seamless running of Moreish, room service, Schroders’ bar by providing a highly efficient and effective service of the F&B products to the highest standards. You must consistently strive to improve guest and staff satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years’ luxury experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledgeable about cocktail, wine and drinks
• Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Food & Beverage team members
• A passion for beverages and bespoke drinks along with a a desire to learn and progress
• Personal alcohol license is desirable
