We have a unique opportunity for a Spa Manager dedicated in delivering memorable service to our guests all day every day and who will inspire the same qualities in their team members. The Spa Manager ensures that the highest standards of customer care and therapy procedures are followed, in order to ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction.

It is the Spa Manager's responsibility to ensure the Spa Department operates effectively and efficiently for the best possible guest and staff experience whilst achieving the Spa’s business goals and successful outcomes.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years spa therapy experience within a luxury hotel is required
• Certificate [or above] in Business Management or similar
• Cert 4 Workplace Training and Assessment [or equivalent] is needed
• Strong guest service orientation
• Creative leadership and influential problem-solving skills
• Ability to competently manager relationships and handle people
• Can work well under pressure and to deadlines
