Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager

Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to work within our 1215 Bar and Fine Dining Restaurant.

The Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager will report to the F&B Service Manager and you will ensure our Food & Beverage team provides an engaging, sincere, personalized service to our guests. The Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager will showcase excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. 

What we are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in restaurant or hotel is preferred
• Experience in leading and supervisory Food & Beverage operation in a luxury brand
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Food & Beverage team members
• A personal alcohol license is desirable
