Overlooking the south lawn, the 1215 restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park offers a spectacular array of private gardens and a terrace situated in our luxurious 5-star property.

Our team of Mixologists is growing within the premises, welcoming talented and experienced cocktail making experts to flourish and fluctuate their skills for our new and returning guests.

The successful applicants will support the seamless running of 1215’s cocktail service, to provide a consistently high quality of customer service.

In addition to that they will deliver a fast-paced service of classic and new cocktails by memory complimented with an artistic presentation of each beverage/competency with being guest facing and answering any questions on our beverage menu is also crucial for success.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledgeable about cocktail, wine, and drinks
• Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset.
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire team members.
• A passion for beverages and bespoke drinks along with a a desire to learn and progress.
• Personal alcohol license is desirable.
