We are now looking for a passionate Director of Revenue who will be responsible for maximising overall rooms and apartment revenue as well as performance. The Revenue Director will have a strong influence towards MICE & Group strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous major brand experience in revenue management in a 4/5 star environment is preferred
  • Team player with strong and positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a frequently changing market environment. Be proactive and able to “think outside of the box”.
  • Develop constructive relationships both within Arora Hotels and also external clients and suppliers
  • Commercial Approach, identify, and proactively pursue revenue maximisation for the hotel within the Revenue Management function for all revenue streams. Assist with driving Sales, Marketing and Distribution/E-commerce
  • Computer literate & Excellent knowledge of Online Extranets and web tools
