We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team.

Every exceptional dining experience at Sofitel London Heathrow begins behind the scenes with our Kitchen team’s commitment to safe and efficient operations. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work with the Head Chef to lead a team of culinary professionals in creating authentic dishes, beautifully presented for the enjoyment of our guests. Your experience as a Junior Sous Chef in managing various aspects of the kitchen will reflect in positive guest satisfaction and excellent team engagement results.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant luxury hotel experience in a similar role preferable
  • High standards of food preparation and a genuine care for delivering exceptional dishes
  • A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Kitchen team members
  • Excellent detailed knowledge of kitchen operations
  • A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
