Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Front of House Manager devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

As a Front of House Manager you will have a key role in leading the Front Office team in providing a personalised and memorable service to our guests. Joining our exceptional team, you will have overall responsibility for all Front of House departments, including Guest Relations and Reservations. You will oversee the development and management of the team, exceed our guest satisfaction, and maximise the operations.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Manager in a Luxury hotel is essential
  • A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
  • Dedicated to our brand standards, with a real passion for hospitality
  • Excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations
  • A passion for high quality guest service with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and excellent knowledge of Opera
