Private Chef

Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Private Chef working within a family home. As the Private Chef, you will be looking after the family's dining needs and assist the Executive Chef at Fairmont Windsor Park in ensuring quality of products and resources are to the highest standard. You will have the opportunity to create new menu rotations and participate in the planning and costing involved. The Private Chef will also assist with organising special events and unique food promotions.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Indian & European cuisine is essential
• Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
• Proven track record in a smilior role
• A self-motivated and hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example.
• City & Guilds 706/1-2 or NVQ equivalent is preferred
• Flexibility to travel with the family when required
