Maintenance Engineer

Up to £35,000 per annum

Facility Maintenance Engineer(permanent role, multi sites Heathrow area)

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance and Repair Division of Grove Developments Limited, servicing and maintaining direct owned and contract large office buildings in the Heathrow Area.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a mechanical or electrical discipline although consideration will be given to applicants with relevant career experience and who are able to demonstrate:

Competence in basic electrical fault finding and repair
Competence in plumbing repair and installation
Competence in Air Conditioning/ ventilation
Strong Handyperson skills set
Willingness and ability to learn new skills and receive systems training
Knowledge of Safe working practices
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
