Buckinghamshire Golf Club

Found in Denham, the Buckinghamshire Golf Club is a private members club with an idyllic 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse.

The golf course was designed by legendary Ryder Cup Captain, John Jacobs who went to great lengths to turn the estate’s rolling parkland into a mature and challenging golf course beyond its years.

The club has the honour of being the Home of the Ladies European Tour and testament to the quality of the course we have hosted many previous professional events over the years. Including the most recent Rose Ladies Series, the Anderson Consulting World Match Play, European Seniors Tournament of Champions hosted by Gary Player and ISPS HANDA Ladies European Masters.

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Cluster Hotel Financial Controller

Full time - 40 hours per week

Direct the financial operations of both properties to ensure the security of the business assets. Report to GM and Group Financial Controller on the financial state of each individual business and make recommendations to improve its profitability. Serve as the primary contact for all the financial and accounting related issues with owners, auditors (internal and external) and regulatory agencies

Who we are looking for

• Proven track record in hotel accounting or audit experience with at least 3 years in a Financial Controller or Finance Manager position.
• Knowledge of accounting management duties such as negotiating hotel space and tenant leases; processing payroll; performing asset management duties; providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc. as needed or requested.
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting and Finance preferred.
