We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings & Events Sales Executive dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.

The Meetings & Events Sales Executive will focus on either planning or sales to ensure the effective and efficient handing of all the enquiries and bookings for meetings and events. Offering the highest levels of customer service, the Meetings & Events Sales Executive will communicate with both our customers and the hotel operational departments to provide a seamless service. The role will also form key relationships with regular and repeat customers, helping them with their enquiries as needed. We are looking for a talented and motivated Meetings & Events Executive, with the drive to deliver results and exceed expectations.

What we are looking for:

  • A successful track record in customer service field essential. Ideally some previous experience in selling or planning events
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Team player with strong & positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a frequently changing market environment. Be proactive and able to “think outside of the box”
  • Ability to develop constructive relationships with internal and external clients as well as suppliers
  • Detail oriented and hands on approach
  • Good negotiation, persuasion and upselling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
