Breakfast Manager

Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Breakfast Manager to work within our Moreish Restaurant.

The Breakfast Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure a smooth and effective running of the Breakfast operations in Moreish. As an operational leader, you are the strategic service expert, assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park standards of operations and manage and develop yourself and your team. Your responsibility is to support the seamless running of Moreish by providing a highly efficient and effective service of the F&B products to the highest standards. You must consistently strive to improve guest and staff satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in restaurant or hotel is required
• Experience in leading and supervisory Food & Beverage operation in a luxury brand
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Food & Beverage team members
• A personal alcohol license is desirable
