Up to £30,000 per annum
The Arora Property division was set up in 2005 to provide a property and asset management service. It currently manages over £2.5 billion of property assets which includes operated hotels, a portfolio of externally leased hotels, offices and commercial spaces; as well as land holdings across London, major regional airports and the home counties. The Junior Estate Surveyor will work directly with the Estate Surveyor, Property Director and Head of Property. They will have a range of duties covering mixed use / mixed asset property management. Responsible for assisting with technical instructions including leasing/letting/re-gearing, service charge budgeting, rent reviews, lease renewals and actively building ever strong relations with the tenants. They will be entrusted with keeping Arora’s detailed, in-house property databases accurate and up to date. Duties and Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
To apply, you will preferably have a Real Estate degree accredited by RICS. Support will be given to candidates who wish to progress with RICS qualification. It is important that you have a good base understanding of all aspects of day-to-day management and are able to instruct and supervise contractors as well as being ‘hands on’. |
