The kitchen is growing at Fairmont Windsor park, with Tim Sheed driving our 1215 Restaurant & Matyas Rigo driving our Moreish Restaurants forward. Our Executive chef, Mark Brega, is looking for dedicated chefs to join his team. If you're passionate and driven, come and join the team. We have a mixture of roles available at different levels, so if you're a culinary student or looking for something different this is your chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

What we are looking for:

• A true desire towards producing fresh, authentic and beautifully presented dishes that will amaze our guests.
• Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare.
• A self-motivated and hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example.
• Previous experience as a chef in an hotel or restaurant will be preferable
