As a Chef De Partie, the care you devote to all aspects of food preparation within the banqueting kitchen team will result in the creation of truly spectacular dishes for our conferences and events. Our Chef De Partie will report to the Executive Head Chef, supporting various aspects of the kitchen operations including food preparation, planning and ordering.
