We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full time Pastry Chef De Partie to join our talented Pastry kitchen team.

Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests. As a Pastry Chef De Partie you will work as part of the kitchen team and you will be responsible for preparing, producing and executing delicious desserts to a consistently high standard under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop as a Pastry Chef De Partie and to improve your skills in a busy and varied five star environment.

What we are looking for:

Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food
A desire to develop, show attention to detail and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role
NVQ level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
