Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Meetings & Events Supervisor devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

Creating and facilitating a memorable experience in an authentic location is the essence of our Meetings & Events Operations team! As a Meetings & Events Supervisor you will support the smooth and efficient running of all the functions taking place in the hotel. Working along the Meetings & Events Operations Manager, you will take pride in making memories for our guests by delivering flawless events. Our Meetings & Events Supervisor will be an inspiration to the team when leading and overseeing the daily operations.

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year luxury experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality
• Excellent ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
• Computer literate & knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the team
• Personal alcohol license is desirable
