Laundry/ Housekeeping Supervisor - Full time

We are recruiting a full time Laundry / Housekeeping Supervisor to join our laundry and housekeeping teams.
Based mainly within the laundry team, you will also be required to work as a supervisor within the housekeeping team as required.

Weekend and bank holiday working is required for this role.
40 hours per week (shifts)
Working 5 days out of 7

Overview of role.
In accordance with the Company policies and procedures to assist the Executive Head Housekeeper by taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Laundry Department, ensuring that the specified standard of performance is achieved whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities - Laundry Supervisor
Maintain the highest standard of linen quality.
Labour management.
Maintain the company health and safety policies and procedures.
Linen stock takes and maintain the correct stock levels.
Issuing Staff Uniforms.
To ensure maximum guest satisfaction is met all the time.

What we are looking for.
Previous experience in a housekeeping / laundry role is essential
Enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work in a team.
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Full UK manual driving licence is required.
