Recruitment Officer

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Recruitment Officer to join our the HR Team at Fairmont Windsor Park.

The Recruitment Officer will provide a central recruitment service across the hotel to shape and implement the Company recruitment strategy and supporting the hotel by providing a comprehensive and pro-active recruitment service. To challenge where necessary and be objective and open to change in order to add value.

What are we looking for:

• 2 years relevant HR/recruitment experience, including interviewing
• Hospitality background is preferable
• Proven track record in effective recruitment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical thinker
• Competent use of IT packages
