We are now looking for a talented Meeting and Events Planning Coordinator who will be assisting and supporting our busy Meetings & Events team in their daily tasks.

What will you be doing?

  • Facilitating the Meeting and Events team workload by entering bookings in Delphi, Cvent and drafting proposals.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
  • Supporting planning team drafting event sheets.
  • Supporting Senior Event Executives with large scale events – ie. table plans, managing F&B requirements for exhibitors, managing crew F&B requirements, supporting with cross checking groups rooming lists , deliveries management etc.
  • Manage all internal bookings and internal enquiries requests.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) are essential, experience of Delphi and reservations systems (Opera PMS) would be highly desirable.
