Found in Denham, the Buckinghamshire Golf Club is a private members club with an idyllic 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse.
The club has the honour of being the Home of the Ladies European Tour and testament to the quality of the course we have hosted many previous professional events over the years. Including the most recent Rose Ladies Series, the Anderson Consulting World Match Play, European Seniors Tournament of Champions hosted by Gary Player and ISPS HANDA Ladies European Masters.
The Buckinghamshire Golf Club are looking for an ambitious Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Bar/Restaurant. A natural leader who has a passion for hospitality and delivering five-star service to its guests, and ability to lead a team through guidance and training.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing rotas, revenue targets and costs
- Setting and enforcing quality, service and hygiene standards
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Managing stock levels, orders and deliveries
- Ensure all bar, restaurants and F&B areas are compliant with brand standards and all team members effectively deliver high levels of service in line with the standards.
- To be an ambassador of Buckinghamshire Golf Club, demonstrating a professional, positive, and co -operative spirit to our members, guests and fellow colleagues.
- Identify and carry out all training required for team members in line with brand standards and business objectives including the compliance of Health & Safety and licensing legislation.
- Effectively communicate with department and the wider club house to maintain effective working relationships.
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers and create innovative promotions to market special menu items, increase sales and attract more visitors.

- Ability to get stuff done quickly and well
- Proven track record in a similar position
- High service quality standards with a driven and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience of working with brand standards.
- Alcohol license holder(Not essential)
- Holder of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Certificates.
