Head Chef

We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative Head Chef to join our Brasserie team at our luxury resort hotel.

Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests. As Head Chef you will work alongside our Executive Chef and be responsible for all aspects of our Brasserie kitchen. You will be supporting, leading and developing the Brasserie team to deliver exceptional standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to progress your career and showcase your leadership skills, creativity and passion supported by an experienced Executive Chef in a 5 star property.

What we are looking for:

• Have a genuine passion for food and a well-rounded knowledge of cooking techniques
• Be keen to develop and manage the Brasserie team and take charge of the kitchen with confidence
• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to multitask and maintain quality levels at all time
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• Have high standards of food safety and health & safety and allergens
• Have previous experience in a similar role, either as a Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef
